I have over 15 years experience in the industry gaining qualifications up to level 5 in health and social care, in addition to this I also have qualifications in child care, autism mental heath dementia and positive behaviour support. I'm a mum of four daughters two of which have a diagnosis of autism, meaning I can relate to the challenges that the individuals and families face.

I am passionate about providing individuals with personalised care working closely with them and there families to ensure the best outcomes.
Its extremely important to me to ensure Empowering Support Services provide the highest quality care, in an environment that the individual feels safe in and can lead an independent fulfilling life, as this is what I want for my own children.

I began working within the care setting 10 years ago and have worked my way up to level 4 in Health and Social care.

After many years of working in various trades I decided I needed a change! I had cared for a terminally ill parent when I was young and this inspired me to pursue a career in care. It was the best decision I ever made.

I have worked in many sectors of care throughout the years. This ranges from young adults with learning disability's to elderly with dementia. I have also worked supporting the homeless within the Kentish towns.

Empowering Support Services is a direct reflection of me and what my values and experience represent.
